Graduating Soon? KMTC Shares Key Guidance Ahead of December Ceremony

Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) has issued a key communication to all students who are to graduate in the current year detailing critical information and dates in anticipation of the 94th Graduation Ceremony scheduled as follows: Thursday, December 4, 2025, at the Moi International Sports Centre, Kasarani.

As per the statement that was announced on Wednesday, November 12, the event will be launched at 8:00 a.m. with the theme being Promoting Health and Saving Lives.

The notice has important details on checking of personal information, payment of graduation fees, collection of gowns, rehearsals, and issuance of certificates.

Confirmation of Student Information.KMTC has made a tentative list of graduands available on its official site, which is the site of KMTC, and has cautioned the students to read carefully the list in order to ascertain whether their names may be found in it.

The institution focused on ensuring that the names on the graduation list were the same ones in the College ERP system, admission letter, and National Identification Card (ID).

Corrections with spelling mistakes or name sequence will only be accepted; no new names are allowed to be added, and no old names are also to be deleted.

Any corrections needed by the students must be handed in by 5.00 pm., Friday, November 14, 2025. Late requests will be punished by paying a penalty fee of Ksh. 5,000. It has been very clear in the college that they do not accept cash payment and that they require all payments to be made by Friday, November 14, 2025.

Graduation Gowns Collection and Return.

KMTC has also provided the process of collection and return of graduation gowns.

The gowns will be picked up during working days only and at the KMTC Headquarters in Nairobi, between Monday, November 17 and Friday, November 28, 2025, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.Graduands will be required to provide evidence of complete clearance of college fees, a duly signed campus clearance form, a formal receipt on the payment of graduation fee and an original copy of a National ID card in order to collect a gown.All gowns should be delivered back to the college before Wednesday, December 17, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. after which they will be penalized by Ksh. 100 per day.

Graduation Ceremony and Rehearsal.

Rehearsal to be held on Wednesday, December 3, 2025, at 8:00 a.m., in the Moi International Sports centre, Kasarani.

Participation in the formal ceremony the next day is obligatory with the condition that the particular person attends the rehearsal.

The college has encouraged students to be time-conscious and follow all the rehearsal guidelines in order to make the event a smooth one. Collection of Certificates Certificates shall be issued for collection at KMTC Headquarters, Nairobi, between Monday, December 8 to Wednesday, December 17, 2025, between 9:00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. on working days.
